Thermomix® Malaysia Trade-Up Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Overview

During the Campaign Period (1st–31st October 2026), customers may enjoy a Trade-Up rebate when returning an eligible Thermomix® model and purchasing a new Thermomix® TM7.

2. Trade-Up Rebate

To qualify, customers must return a genuine Thermomix® unit consisting of:

• Base unit
• Mixing Bowl
• Mixing Blade

2.3 One Trade-In Per Transaction

• Only one trade-in unit is permitted per TM7 purchase.
• Multiple trade-ins require separate transactions.

3. Trade-In Methods

3.1 In-Store Trade-In

Customers must bring their eligible Thermomix® unit to the Thermomix® Experience Store at 166, Jalan Maarof, Bangsar. Upon successful verification, the applicable Trade-Up rebate will be applied immediately to the TM7 purchase.

3.2 Online Trade-In

• Customers must select the Trade-Up option and indicate the correct Thermomix® model during checkout. The applicable rebate will be applied automatically.
• Customers must select a collection date during checkout. Collection dates:
  • Are subject to availability.
  • Cannot be changed after the order has been confirmed.
  • Must be at least three days after the order date.
• The address provided for trade-in collection must be the same address used for delivery of the new Thermomix® TM7.
• Following order confirmation, the collection date, collection address and delivery address cannot be changed.
• Customers will receive a WhatsApp notification containing a QR code 1–2 days before the scheduled collection date.
• The QR code must be presented to the courier during collection.
• Trade-in units must be securely packed in a box prior to collection.
• Customers must indicate the following on the package or machine:
  • Order number
  • Trade-in model
  • Full name
• If collection fails, the courier company will attempt collection on the following day.
• A maximum of three (3) collection attempts will be made.
• Customers who do not receive their QR code may WhatsApp 016-6728204 for assistance.

3.3 Store Pickup Option

• Customers who select the Store Pickup option during checkout must bring their eligible trade-in unit to the designated Thermomix® Experience Store for verification and collection before the new Thermomix® TM7 can be released.
• Customers must return their eligible trade-up unit before 31st October 2026.
• Customers must present proof of purchase upon collection, such as their order confirmation, receipt, invoice, or order details page.
• Customers are required to present a valid identification document for verification purposes. A copy or photograph of the identification document will be retained by Vorwerk, and customers must sign a collection and trade-in acknowledgement form before the new Thermomix® TM7 is released.
• Customers selecting the Store Pickup option are responsible for delivering their trade-up unit to the designated collection point and collecting their new Thermomix® TM7 from the same location.
• If the trade-up unit presented does not match the model declared during purchase, Vorwerk reserves the right to reject the trade-up request or require the customer to pay the difference between the applicable trade-up rebate and the rebate originally applied to the order before the new Thermomix® TM7 is released.
• To qualify for the Trade-Up Programme, customers must present a complete and eligible Thermomix® unit consisting of:
  • Thermomix® base unit
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Mixing Knife
• Incomplete trade-up units will not be accepted. Vorwerk reserves the right to refuse collection of the trade-up unit and withhold release of the new Thermomix® TM7 until a complete and eligible trade-in unit is presented.
• The new Thermomix® TM7 will only be released after successful verification and acceptance of the trade-up unit by Vorwerk.
• Collection of the new Thermomix® TM7 and completion of the Trade-Up transaction must be carried out by the purchaser named on the order. Customers are required to present a valid photo identification document for verification purposes. Vorwerk reserves the right to deny collection, reject the trade-in, or withhold release of the new Thermomix® TM7 if the purchaser is not present at the time of collection.
• If a customer is unable to attend their scheduled collection appointment, they must contact Customer Care as soon as possible to arrange an alternative collection date. Collection appointments are subject to availability.
• Store Pickup is available only at the following location:
  • Malaysia: Thermomix® Experience Store, 166 Jalan Maarof, Bangsar
• Vorwerk reserves the right to reject any trade-up unit that does not meet the eligibility requirements of the Trade-Up Programme or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

4. Delivery of TM7

• Following successful collection and verification of the trade-in unit, the new TM7 will be delivered to the customer.
• Estimated delivery timelines:
  • West Malaysia: 7–11 days after collection
  • East Malaysia: 11–15 days after collection
• Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary.

5. Trade-Up Purchase Restrictions

Trade-Up purchases are not eligible for:

• Ongoing October 2026 promotions (Vacuum Sealer Set / RM500 Store E-Voucher, 1.3L Containers Duo Set)
• Any other promotional rewards unless otherwise stated

Trade-Up purchases are not eligible to sign on for the TM4U programme.

No On-Hold Delivery

• Delivery cannot be delayed or placed on hold.
• No return or cancellation of Trade-Up purchases is allowed.
• TM7 units purchased under Trade-Up are non-returnable or refundable.
• Split payment options are not available for Trade-Up purchases.

6. Incorrect Trade-In Declarations

• Customers must return the same Thermomix® model selected during checkout.
• If the returned model differs from the model declared during checkout, Thermomix® Malaysia will request payment of the rebate difference.
• Customers must complete payment within two (2) calendar days of receiving the payment request.
• Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of the order and a RM150 handling fee, together with any applicable delivery or collection charges.
• Non-qualifying units will be returned to the customer with applicable fees.
• Thermomix® Malaysia reserves the right to reject non-qualifying trade-in units.

7. General Conditions

• Offers are valid while stocks last.
• Thermomix® Malaysia reserves the right to reject non-compliant trade-in units.
• Delivery timelines are subject to availability and verification.
• Campaign is valid in Malaysia only.
• Standard Thermomix® Malaysia terms apply.
• Participation in the Trade-Up Programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• Thermomix® Malaysia reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend or terminate the Trade-Up Programme without prior notice.
