The specially designed Thermomix® Butterfly Whisk is perfect for preparing sauces and mousses, whipping egg whites and cream, mashed potatoes, or making your favorite butter.

*Note that the Butterfly Whisk can only be used up to speed 4.

Butterfly
Whisk is dishwasher-safe. Place it into the utensils basket of the dishwasher
to avoid deformation. Hand wash with warm soapy water. Thoroughly clean all
parts of the Thermomix® TM5/TM6® after every use.

The
Butterfly Whisk is made of special polyamide. All materials that come into
contact with food are FDA approved and BPA free.
