Malaysia September 2026 Consumer Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is organised by Vorwerk Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“Vorwerk Malaysia”).
2. The promotion is valid from 1 September 2026 to 30 September 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
3. The promotion is available to customers who purchase a new Thermomix® TM7 in Malaysia during the Promotion Period through an authorised Thermomix® Advisor, the Thermomix® Experience Store or official Thermomix® Malaysia online store.

Complimentary Thermoserver

4. With every eligible Thermomix® TM7 purchase, the customer will receive one (1) complimentary Thermoserver , while stocks last. The complimentary item comprises:
   • One 2.7 litre Thermoserver bowl with lid
   • One Thermoserver Strap.
5. Each eligible Thermomix® TM7 purchase is entitled to a maximum of one Thermoserver.
6. The Thermoserver is provided as a complete promotional item. Its individual components cannot be exchanged, substituted or redeemed separately.

TM7 2nd Mixing Bowl Add-On Offer

7. Customers who make an eligible Thermomix® TM7 purchase may add one (1) TM7 Mixing Bowl at RM688 (usual price: RM1750).
8. The promotional price is only available when the TM7 2nd Mixing Bowl is purchased together with an eligible Thermomix® TM7 during the Promotion Period.
9. Each eligible Thermomix® TM7 purchase is entitled to a maximum of one TM7 2nd Mixing Bowl at the promotional price.
10. The TM7 2nd Mixing Bowl add-on entitlement cannot be purchased separately, transferred to another order or redeemed after the qualifying transaction has been completed.

General Conditions

11. All promotional products are subject to stock availability and are available while stocks last.
12. The Thermoserver and TM7 2nd Mixing Bowl may be delivered together with the Thermomix® TM7 or separately, depending on stock availability and fulfilment arrangements.
13. Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance without affecting their function or value.
14. The promotional products and entitlements:
    • Are not exchangeable for cash, vouchers, store credit or other products;
    • Cannot be used to reduce the purchase price of the Thermomix® TM7; and
    • Cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, rebates, vouchers or special offers unless expressly stated by Vorwerk Malaysia.
15. Instalment payment plans are subject to the respective bank or payment provider’s eligibility requirements, approval and terms and conditions.
16. Orders placed before or after the Promotion Period are not eligible, regardless of payment or delivery date.
17. If an eligible Thermomix® TM7 order is cancelled, returned or refunded, all complimentary and promotional products must also be returned unused, complete and in their original packaging. If any promotional item is not returned or has been used, Vorwerk Malaysia reserves the right to deduct its stated retail value from any refund due.
18. Vorwerk Malaysia reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any order and to reject, suspend or cancel an entitlement where an order is incomplete, cancelled, fraudulent or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
19. Vorwerk Malaysia reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or replace a promotional product with another item where reasonably necessary. Any changes will be communicated through the appropriate official channels.
20. Vorwerk Malaysia’s standard terms of sale, delivery, warranty and return policies continue to apply.
21. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and other promotional materials, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
22. Vorwerk Malaysia’s decision regarding the interpretation and administration of this promotion shall be final, subject to applicable Malaysian laws.
23. By participating in this promotion, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
