1.1 The TM4U Payment & Rebate Programme (the “Programme”) is organised by Vorwerk Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“Vorwerk Malaysia”).

1.2 Participation in the Programme is subject to these Terms and Conditions together with any applicable Advisor, sales, payment and programme policies communicated by Vorwerk Malaysia.

1.3 The Programme runs for 90 calendar days from the participant's confirmed Programme start date (the “Programme Period”). Day 90 is the final day of the Programme Period.

2.1 The retail purchase price of the Thermomix® TM7 under the Programme is RM7,980.

2.2 At registration, an eligible participant makes Full Payment of RM7,980.

3.1 Eligible instalment payment options may be available for the RM7,980 Full Payment, subject to the participating bank, card issuer or payment provider's approval and terms.

3.2 Any advertised monthly amount, including “as low as RM333/month”, is an indicative monthly instalment amount only and does not represent a reduction in the TM7 retail purchase price.

3.3 Where the monthly figure is based on a 24-month instalment tenure, the actual monthly amount, eligibility, tenure and any fees or charges remain subject to the relevant financial institution or payment provider.

3.4 Unless expressly stated otherwise, Vorwerk Malaysia is not responsible for interest, fees, charges, late-payment fees or other costs imposed by a financial institution or payment provider.

4.1 A TM7 sale counts as a “Qualifying Sale” only after all of the following have occurred:

1. the customer has placed and completed the TM7 order;
2. the customer has received the TM7; and
3. the applicable 10-day return grace period has fully passed without the TM7 being returned.

4.2 All conditions in Clause 4.1 must be completed within the participant's 90-day Programme Period for the sale to count towards a Programme rebate milestone.

4.3 The participant's own TM7 purchase made to join the Programme does not count as a Qualifying Sale.

4.4 Each sale may be counted once only. Cancelled, refunded, returned, reversed, fraudulent, duplicated, incomplete or otherwise invalid transactions will not qualify.

4.5 Vorwerk Malaysia may verify all transactions before confirming any Qualifying Sale, milestone, rebate, reward or commission entitlement.

5.1 Participants may earn Programme rebates for up to four Qualifying Sales achieved within the Programme Period.

5.2 The Programme rebate milestones are:

• 1st Qualifying Sale – RM1,000
• 2nd Qualifying Sale – RM1,500
• 3rd Qualifying Sale – RM2,000
• 4th Qualifying Sale – RM3,480

5.3 The cumulative maximum Programme rebate is RM7,980.

5.4 The rebate milestones are cumulative. The maximum Programme rebate is limited to the amounts expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.

6.1 Programme rebates are not paid out before the end of the 90-day Programme Period, even if a participant completes one or more rebate milestones earlier.

6.2 If a participant completes all four Qualifying Sales before Day 90, the Programme rebates remain subject to validation and will only be paid after the Programme Period has ended.

6.3 Any cash payment due to the participant after the Programme Period will be processed in accordance with Vorwerk Malaysia's applicable Programme payment processing arrangements.

7.1 A participant will have paid RM7,980 towards the TM7 purchase price.

7.2 As there is no outstanding TM7 purchase balance, validated Programme rebates earned during the Programme Period will be payable to the participant after the Programme Period ends.

7.3 Upon achieving four Qualifying Sales, the participant will have earned cumulative Programme rebates of RM7,980, equivalent to the full TM7 purchase value.

8.1 The Programme rebate structure applies only to the first four Qualifying Sales counted under the Programme.

8.2 Valid, commissionable TM7 sales beyond the 4th Qualifying Sale, including a 5th or 6th sale, are subject to the normal Advisor commission structure and applicable Advisor terms rather than the Programme rebate structure.

8.3 Normal Advisor commission for such valid commissionable sales is paid on the 15th of the following month, subject to the applicable commission validation and payment rules.

9.1 Subject to validation and availability, the participant is eligible for a Shopper Bag upon achieving the 1st Qualifying Sale and a Kneading Mat upon achieving the 2nd Qualifying Sale.

9.2 Milestone rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash unless Vorwerk Malaysia expressly states otherwise. Vorwerk Malaysia may substitute a reward with an item of comparable value where reasonably necessary, including due to stock availability.

9.3 Participants who make Full Payment of RM7,980 upfront are eligible for a FREE Handy Multifunctional Scissors, subject to the applicable promotion terms and availability.

9.4 Participants who purchase a Thermomix® TM7 to join the Programme during the Promotion Period are also entitled to the benefits of the Vorwerk Malaysia October 2026 Consumer Promotion, including the free gift and, for purchases made between 1 and 15 October 2026, the Early Bird Voucher, subject to that promotion's Terms and Conditions. E-store vouchers cannot be used towards the purchase of a Thermomix® TM7, including a TM7 purchased to join the Programme.

10.1 A transaction returned within the applicable 10-day return grace period will not become a Qualifying Sale.

10.2 If a transaction previously treated as eligible is later cancelled, refunded, reversed or found to be invalid, Vorwerk Malaysia may remove the sale from the participant's Programme achievement and adjust any related rebate, reward or payment accordingly.

10.3 Where any amount has already been paid or credited incorrectly, Vorwerk Malaysia may recover or offset the relevant amount where permitted by law and the applicable agreement.

11.1 Programme participation, Qualifying Sales, rebates and milestone rewards are personal to the registered participant and may not be transferred, assigned or combined with another participant's sales.

11.2 Vorwerk Malaysia may disqualify a participant, withhold or reverse Programme benefits, or take other appropriate action where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, manipulation, abuse of the Programme or breach of applicable terms or policies.

12.1 Vorwerk Malaysia reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to amend, suspend or terminate the Programme or these Terms and Conditions.

12.2 Material changes will be communicated through the appropriate official Vorwerk Malaysia communication channels.

12.3 Vorwerk Malaysia's records relating to Programme registration, Programme Period dates, customer orders, delivery, return grace-period completion, Qualifying Sales, payments, rebates, rewards and commissions will be relied upon for Programme administration, subject to correction of manifest error.

13.1 Participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

13.2 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

13.3 If there is any inconsistency between promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law.
