TM7 Standard Warranty
1. Standard Warranty
1.1 The Standard Warranty is provided by Vorwerk Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Vorwerk Malaysia").
1.2 The Standard Warranty applies to Thermomix® TM7 units purchased through official Vorwerk channels in Malaysia.
1.3 The Standard Warranty is automatically included with the purchase of a new Thermomix® TM7, with no additional purchase required.
2. Warranty Period
2.1 Personal Use: The Standard Warranty is valid for twenty-four (24) months from the date of delivery.
2.2 Commercial Use: The Standard Warranty is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of delivery.
2.3 Warranty coverage is subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions and the intended use of the appliance.
3. Warranty Coverage
3.1 The Standard Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship arising under normal use, provided the Thermomix® TM7 is operated in accordance with the official user manual.
3.2 Coverage applies only to the Thermomix® TM7 base unit and its 10-inch multi-touch display.
3.3 Accessories and removable components, including but not limited to the Varoma® Set, Lid Cap, Mixing Bowl Lid, Simmering Basket, Mixing Knife, TM7 Mixing Bowl, Knife Locking Lever, Spatula, Butterfly Whisk and Thermomix® Base Casing, are excluded from coverage.
4. Warranty Exclusions
4.1 The Standard Warranty does not cover accidental damage, including but not limited to cracks, shattered screens, liquid damage, seepage, dents or bent frames.
4.2 Normal wear and tear, including scratches, blemishes and cosmetic deterioration arising from regular use, are not covered.
4.3 Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, negligence, failure to follow the official user manual or unauthorised repairs or modifications is excluded from coverage.
5. Warranty Claims and Servicing
5.1 Customers experiencing issues with their Thermomix® TM7 should contact Vorwerk Malaysia's Customer Care team or authorised Service Centre for assistance.
5.2 Customers may be required to provide the unit's serial number, proof of purchase and other relevant information to verify warranty eligibility.
5.3 All warranty claims are subject to inspection and assessment by Vorwerk Malaysia or its authorised service personnel.
5.4 Where a defect is determined to be covered under the Standard Warranty, Vorwerk Malaysia will arrange for repair or replacement at no additional cost, in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.
5.5 Where a defect or damage is not covered under the Standard Warranty, any applicable repair or replacement charges will be communicated to the customer.
6. General Terms and Conditions
6.1 The Standard Warranty does not cover repairs or servicing required after the applicable warranty period has expired, unless the unit is covered by a valid Extended Warranty.
6.2 The TM7 serial number may be used to verify the unit's warranty status and coverage period.
6.3 Personal information collected in connection with warranty registration, verification and claims will be processed in accordance with Vorwerk Malaysia's Privacy Policy and the applicable Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
6.4 Vorwerk Malaysia reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
TM7 Extended Warranty (2 Years)
1. The Extended Warranty is offered by Vorwerk Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.
2. It applies only to Thermomix® TM7 units purchased through official Vorwerk channels in Malaysia.
3. It may be purchased only while the unit's standard warranty is active. Units with an expired warranty, or that already have an extended warranty, are not eligible.
4. The Extended Warranty may only be purchased once per Thermomix® TM7 unit throughout its lifetime. Subsequent purchases of the Extended Warranty for the same unit are not permitted.
5. Only one Extended Warranty can be purchased per serial number.
6. Coverage Period
6.1 Purchased with a new TM7: The Extended Warranty runs for 2 years after the standard warranty ends. The standard warranty is calculated from the purchase date.
6.2 Purchased for an existing TM7: The Extended Warranty runs for 2 years from the expiry date of the current warranty.
7. The Extended Warranty is linked to the TM7 serial number, not to the purchaser. It stays with the unit if ownership changes.
8. Corporate purchases are not eligible for the Extended Warranty.
9. Warranty Coverage
9.1 The Extended Warranty is subject to the same coverage and terms and conditions as the standard warranty.
9.2 The Extended Warranty covers only the Thermomix® TM7 base unit and its 10-inch multi-touch display. Accessories and removable components, including but not limited to the Varoma® Set, Lid Cap, Mixing Bowl Lid, Simmering Basket, Mixing Knife, TM7 Mixing Bowl, Knife Locking Lever, Spatula, Butterfly Whisk and Thermomix® Base Casing, are excluded from coverage.
9.3 The Extended Warranty does not cover accidental damage (such as cracks, shattered screens, liquid damage, seepage, dents or bent frames) or normal wear and tear (such as scratches and blemishes).
10. The purchaser is responsible for entering the correct serial number. Vorwerk is not liable for purchases made against an incorrect serial number. Corrections are at Vorwerk Malaysia's discretion.
11. The serial number and contact details collected are processed in line with Vorwerk's Privacy Policy and the applicable PDPA.
12. Vorwerk Malaysia reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
