2. If you do not reveal your Scratch Card at that time or accidentally close the page, don't worry. You can access it at any time by opening your order confirmation email and clicking the Scratch Card link to reveal your prize.

You will receive a physical Scratch Card from our retail staff immediately after completing your purchase. Scratch it on the spot and return it to the retail staff for verification.

Your prize will be revealed immediately after scratching your Scratch Card.

1. Campaign Period

   The Thermomix® TM7 1st Year Anniversary Scratch Card Promotion ("Promotion") is organised by Vorwerk Malaysia Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. ("Vorwerk") and is valid from 1 July 2026 to 31 July 2026, both dates inclusive.

2. Eligibility

   1. The Promotion is open to customers who successfully purchase a new Thermomix® TM7 during the Campaign Period.
   2. Each successful TM7 purchase entitles the customer to one (1) Scratch Card.
   3. Customers who purchase multiple TM7 units during the Campaign Period will receive one (1) Scratch Card for each eligible TM7 transaction.
   4. Each eligible transaction is entitled to one (1) Scratch Card.

3. Promotion Mechanics

   Online Purchases

   Customers who purchase their TM7 online via the official Thermomix® Malaysia Online Shop will receive a digital Scratch Card.

   The process is as follows:

   • Complete the purchase and payment of a TM7.
   • On the Order Confirmation page and Order Confirmation email, click the Scratch Card banner.
   • Scratch the digital Scratch Card to instantly reveal the prize won.
   • The prize will be displayed immediately upon completion.

   In-Store Purchases

   Customers who purchase their TM7 at a Thermomix® Experience Store will receive a physical Scratch Card.

   The process is as follows:

   • Complete the purchase of a TM7.
   • Receive one (1) physical Scratch Card from the retail staff.
   • Scratch the card immediately at the point of purchase.
   • Present the scratched card to the retail staff for verification.
   • The retail staff will record the prize won and retain the Scratch Card for verification and fulfilment purposes.

5. Prize Fulfilment

   Prize fulfilment will commence from 11 August 2026 onwards.

   Voucher Winners

   Customers who win a voucher prize will receive their voucher via the email address registered with their TM7 purchase.

   Product Prize Winners

   Customers who win a physical product prize will receive an email requesting their preferred delivery details. Physical prizes will be dispatched after delivery information has been successfully verified.

6. Voucher Terms (RM400 & RM500 Voucher)

   The RM400 and RM500 vouchers are subject to the following conditions:

   • Valid until 31 December 2026.
   • Valid for one (1) online transaction only.
   • Not valid for the purchase of a Thermomix® TM7.
   • Not valid on Purchase-with-Purchase (PWP) promotions.
   • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
   • Non-transferable.
   • Not stackable with any other voucher, promotion or discount.
   • Any unused balance will be forfeited.
