TM3U Malaysia Programme Terms and Conditions

Programme Period

1. The TM3U Programme (“Programme”) is a limited-time programme.
2. The Programme is available from 1 September 2026 to 15 September 2026, both dates inclusive (“Programme Period”).
3. Applications or registrations received outside the Programme Period will not be eligible for TM3U.

Programme Eligibility

4. The Programme is available to eligible Thermomix® TM6 owners who register for TM3U during the Programme Period, purchase a Thermomix® TM7 at the prevailing retail price of RM7,980, provide the serial number of the TM6 they intend to trade in at the point of registration, achieve the required qualifying sales under the Programme, and return the registered TM6 to Vorwerk Malaysia in accordance with the collection requirements set out below.
5. Participation in TM3U is subject to verification and acceptance by Vorwerk Malaysia.

TM7 Purchase and Sales Rebates

6. Participants are required to pay the full purchase price of RM7,980 for the Thermomix® TM7 upfront.
7. Participants may subsequently earn rebates based on the number of qualifying sales achieved under the Programme:
   • 1st qualifying sale: RM2,200 rebate
   • 2nd qualifying sale: Additional RM2,600 rebate (Cumulative: RM4,800)
   • 3rd qualifying sale: Additional RM3,180 rebate (Cumulative: RM7,980)
8. A participant who completes three (3) qualifying sales and fulfils all TM3U requirements, including the successful return of the registered TM6, will earn total rebates of RM7,980, equivalent to the purchase price of the Thermomix® TM7.
9. All qualifying sales must comply with Vorwerk Malaysia's applicable sales requirements, policies and verification procedures.

Rebate Payment

10. TM3U rebates will be processed for payment earliest by 15 January 2027, subject to the participant fulfilling all applicable Programme requirements.
11. No TM3U rebate will be payable until the participant's eligibility, qualifying sales and TM6 trade-in have been successfully verified by Vorwerk Malaysia.
12. Rebate payments will be made using the payment method determined by Vorwerk Malaysia and are subject to the participant providing any information reasonably required for payment processing.

TM6 Trade-In Requirement

13. Returning the registered TM6 is a mandatory condition for receiving rebates under the TM3U Programme.
14. At the time of joining TM3U, the participant must provide the serial number of the TM6 that they intend to trade in.
15. The TM6 collected by Vorwerk Malaysia must correspond with the TM6 serial number provided during registration.
16. The TM6 must be in good working condition at the time of collection, as determined by Vorwerk Malaysia at its discretion. Vorwerk Malaysia reserves the right to inspect and assess the condition and functionality of the TM6 upon or following collection.
17. The participant will no longer be eligible for the TM3U rebate structure if:
    • the serial number of the TM6 returned does not match the serial number registered for TM3U;
    • the participant does not return the TM6;
    • the participant chooses to retain the TM6; or
    • the TM6 trade-in cannot be successfully completed for any other reason.
    Their rebate entitlement will instead be calculated based on the applicable TM4U programme mechanics, according to the number of qualifying sales achieved.
18. Choosing not to trade in the TM6 does not constitute a cancellation of the participant's Thermomix® TM7 purchase or earning programme. The participant may retain their TM6, but their rebate entitlement will revert to the applicable TM4U rebate structure.

TM6 Collection

19. Vorwerk will arrange collection of the registered TM6 from eligible TM3U participants.
20. Eligible participants will receive a communication from Vorwerk on or around 1 December 2026 with instructions to select an available TM6 collection date.
21. TM6 collections will commence from 7 December 2026 onwards, subject to the availability of collection slots.
22. Participants are responsible for selecting an available collection date within the collection period and ensuring that the registered TM6 is available for collection at the agreed location, date and time.
23. The registered TM6 must be successfully collected by Vorwerk no later than 31 December 2026.
24. Failure to complete the TM6 collection by 31 December 2026 may result in the participant becoming ineligible for the TM3U rebate structure, with their rebate entitlement instead calculated according to the applicable TM4U programme mechanics.
25. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the TM6 made available for collection is the same unit registered under their TM3U application and meets all applicable trade-in requirements.

TM6 Condition and Inspection

26. The TM6 submitted under the Programme must be in good working condition, as determined by Vorwerk at its discretion.
27. Vorwerk may conduct such inspection, testing or verification as it considers reasonably necessary to determine whether the TM6 is functioning satisfactorily and meets the Programme requirements.
28. If Vorwerk determines that the TM6 does not meet the required condition or functionality standards, the participant may be deemed ineligible for the TM3U rebate structure.
29. Where the TM6 does not meet the applicable trade-in requirements, the participant's rebate entitlement will instead be calculated according to the applicable TM4U programme mechanics.

Verification of Eligibility and Sales

30. Vorwerk reserves the right to verify any information relevant to determining a participant's eligibility for the Programme, including but not limited to:
    • TM3U registration details;
    • TM6 ownership and serial number;
    • the TM6 presented for collection;
    • the condition and functionality of the TM6;
    • qualifying sales achieved;
    • participant and payment details; and
    • compliance with applicable Thermomix® policies and Programme requirements.
31. Any incomplete, inaccurate, false or misleading information provided in connection with the Programme may result in the participant being disqualified from the TM3U rebate structure.
32. Vorwerk reserves the right to exclude or disregard any transaction or sale that it reasonably determines does not meet the applicable requirements for a qualifying sale.

Failure to Complete the TM3U Requirements

33. Completing the required number of qualifying sales alone does not automatically entitle a participant to the applicable TM3U rebate.
34. To qualify for rebates under the TM3U rebate structure, participants must fulfil all Programme requirements, including the successful return of their registered TM6 in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
35. Where a participant does not fulfil the TM6 trade-in requirements but remains otherwise eligible under the applicable earning programme, their rebate will be calculated according to the applicable TM4U programme mechanics.
36. Any difference between the TM3U rebate and the rebate payable under TM4U will not be payable to the participant.

Cancellation and Change of Mind

37. A participant's decision not to return or trade in their registered TM6 does not automatically cancel or reverse the purchase of their Thermomix® TM7.
38. Participants who choose to retain their TM6 will no longer qualify for the TM3U rebate structure.
39. In such cases, the participant may keep their TM6 and their rebate entitlement will instead follow the applicable TM4U programme mechanics.
40. Any cancellation, return or refund relating to the purchase of the Thermomix® TM7, where applicable, will be subject to Vorwerk's prevailing sales, cancellation and refund policies and applicable law.

General Terms

41. TM3U is a limited-time offer and is available only during the stated Programme Period, subject to eligibility, availability and these Terms & Conditions.
42. Participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
43. Rebates earned under the Programme are personal to the eligible participant and are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable by another person.
44. Vorwerk reserves the right to withhold any rebate where the participant has not fulfilled the applicable Programme requirements or where eligibility remains subject to verification.
45. Vorwerk reserves the right, at its discretion and where reasonably necessary, to amend, vary, suspend, withdraw, cancel or terminate the Programme and/or these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, without prior notice.
46. Vorwerk reserves the right to make any decision regarding eligibility, qualifying sales, TM6 condition, TM6 collection, trade-in requirements and rebate entitlement in connection with the Programme.
47. In the event of any dispute relating to the Programme, Vorwerk's decision shall be final, subject to applicable Malaysian law.
48. These Terms & Conditions should be read together with all other applicable Thermomix® sales, Newcomer, Advisor and earning programme policies issued by Vorwerk.
49. In the event of any inconsistency between promotional or marketing materials relating to TM3U and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail, subject to applicable law.
