Terms & Conditions – Thermomix® TM7 Installment Plan/Payment Options

1. The Thermomix® TM7 is priced at RM7,980. Payment options include full payment, e-Wallet instalments and 0% credit card instalment plans, as described below.

Full Payment

2. Customers may pay in full via FPX online banking, credit/debit card or supported e-wallets, subject to payment method availability at checkout.

e-Wallet Instalments

3. Instalment options via Atome, Grab PayLater and ShopeePayLater are provided by the respective service providers and are subject to their eligibility requirements, credit limits, approval processes and prevailing terms and conditions. e-Wallet instalments are not part of the 0% Credit Card Instalment Plans, and additional fees or charges may apply.

0% Credit Card Instalment Plans

4. • 6, 12, 18 and 24-month instalment plans are available to eligible credit cardholders of participating banks, subject to the applicable payment channels.
   • The 36-month instalment plan is available exclusively online for a limited time through selected participating banks: Standard Chartered, OCBC, HSBC, Public Bank and Hong Leong Bank. This plan is not available for offline purchases.
   • Participating banks by payment channel:
     • Online: CIMB, AmBank, Maybank, Standard Chartered, OCBC, HSBC, Public Bank and Hong Leong Bank.
     • Offline: RHB, UOB and Affin, exclusively at the Thermomix® Flagship Store in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.
   • All instalment plans are subject to the respective bank's approval, eligibility requirements, available credit limit and prevailing terms and conditions. Processing fees may apply, depending on the participating bank.

Split Payment

5. Customers may split the purchase of the Thermomix® TM7 across multiple credit cards under the 0% Credit Card Instalment Plans. Each card is subject to the issuing bank's approval, eligibility criteria and available credit limit, and to the instalment tenures and participating banks listed in Clause 4.

Monthly Instalment Estimates

6. The monthly amounts displayed are estimates only. They are calculated from the Thermomix® TM7 retail price of RM7,980 divided by the instalment tenure and rounded up to the nearest ringgit. Actual monthly repayments may differ depending on the issuing bank's calculations and any applicable bank fees.

Availability

7. Payment options, participating banks and instalment tenures are subject to availability and may be revised, suspended or withdrawn at any time. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

General Conditions

8. Vorwerk Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, subject to applicable laws. The terms and conditions of the respective payment providers and banks shall also apply.
