Please review the following Trade-Up requirements:

•Ensure you have selected the correct Thermomix® model. If the returned model differs from your selection, you will be required to pay the rebate difference.

•Return a complete set: Base Unit + Mixing Bowl + Mixing Blade.

•Pack your Thermomix® securely before collection.

•Clearly write your Order Number, Trade-In Model, Full Name on the box.

•The collection address for your Trade-Up unit must be the same as the TM7 delivery address.

•Customers selecting Delivery will have their existing Thermomix® collected before the new TM7 is delivered.

•Customers wishing to drop off their Trade-Up unit and collect their TM7 in-store must select Store Pickup during checkout.

•Trade-Up purchases are not eligible for June promotional rewards, store vouchers or the TM7 Second Mixing Bowl offer.
