FAQs (REFERRAL CAMPAIGN)
Only existing Thermomix® TM7 owners registered in Thermomix® Malaysia’s system are eligible to participate as Referrers. TM7 units received as gifts and not registered to the individual are not eligible. Thermomix® Advisors and employees are not eligible.
You may refer anyone who purchases a Thermomix® TM7, including existing Thermomix® owners (such as TM31, TM5, TM6 or TM7).
No. There is no limit to the number of successful referrals a Referrer can make during the Campaign.
If multiple Referrers submit referrals for the same purchaser, the referral reward will be granted on a first come, first served basis, based on the earliest valid referral submission received by Thermomix® Malaysia.
Any referral completed before you officially join as a Thermomix® Advisor will remain valid and will be rewarded. Any TM7 sales made after you become an Advisor will be treated as Advisor sales and will not qualify under this Referral Campaign.
FAQs (REFERRAL REWARD & VOUCHER)
For each successful referral, you will receive one (1) RM188 digital store voucher.
The referral store voucher can be redeemed for Thermomix® accessories and merchandise only. It cannot be used to purchase Thermomix® machines.
Referral store vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions or vouchers unless otherwise specified by Thermomix® Malaysia.
Referral store vouchers will be issued within7–10 working days after the referral submission deadline on 6 March 2026.
Please ensure that you have whitelisted Thermomix® Malaysia’s official email address and check your spam or junk folder. If you still do not receive your voucher after 20 March 2026, please contact Thermomix® Malaysia for assistance.
All referral vouchers are valid until30 June 2026.
FAQs (SUBMISSION & VERIFICATION)
Referrals must be submitted via the official referral form provided by Thermomix® Malaysia during the Campaign Period.
You will be required to provide details such as the Referrer’s contact information and the order ID of the referred TM7 purchase for verification purposes.
If the referred TM7 order is cancelled, refunded, or deemed invalid, the referral will notqualifyand any issued referral reward may be revoked.
Campaign Terms & Conditions
1. Campaign Overview
During the Campaign Period, eligible customers may participate in the Share Your Love of Thermomix – Referral Campaign ("Campaign") and receive a referral reward for each successful referral, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Definitions:
- Referrer: An existing Thermomix® TM7 owner residing in Malaysia whose TM7 is registered under Thermomix® Malaysia’s official records and who submits a valid referral under this Campaign. TM7 units received as gifts and not registered to the Referrer are not eligible.
- Referee / Purchaser: An individual who successfully purchases a Thermomix® TM7 as a result of a referral submitted under this Campaign. The Referee may be an existing Thermomix® owner (TM31, TM5, TM6 or TM7) or a first-time Thermomix® customer.
- Successful Referral: A referral that meets all criteria set out in Section 4 of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Campaign Period
- Referral Campaign Period: 1 February 2026 – 28 February 2026
- Referral Submission Deadline: 6 March 2026
Referrals submitted after the stated deadline will not be eligible for rewards.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Eligible Referrers
- Open exclusively to existing Thermomix® TM7 owners registered in Thermomix® Malaysia’s official records and residing in Malaysia.
- Thermomix® Advisors and employees are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
3.2 Change of Status to Advisor
If an eligible referrer successfully completes a referral under this Campaign and subsequently joins Thermomix® as an Advisor, the completed referral made prior to their Advisor appointment shall remain valid and rewarded in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Any TM7 sales made after the individual officially joins as a Thermomix® Advisor will not qualify as referrals under this Campaign and will instead be governed by the applicable Thermomix® Advisor programme, policies, and incentives.
3.3 Eligible Referees
- May be a new or existing Thermomix® owner (TM31, TM5, TM6 or TM7).
- Must successfully purchase a Thermomix® TM7 within the Campaign Period.
4. Successful Referral Criteria
A referral will be deemed successful only when:
- The referrer is a verified Thermomix® TM7 owner at the time of submission;
- The referred customer completes and confirms a TM7 purchase within the Campaign Period;
- The order is not cancelled or refunded; and
- The referral submission is complete, accurate, submitted on or before 6 March 2026 at 11:59 PM, and successfully verified by Thermomix® Malaysia.
Where multiple referrers submit referrals for the same purchaser, rewards will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis based on the earliest valid referral submission received.
5. Referral Submission & Verification
5.1
Referrers must submit referrals via the official referral form provided by Thermomix® Malaysia.
5.2
Information required may include:
- Contact name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Order ID of the referred TM7 purchase
5.3
All referrals are subject to verification by Thermomix® Malaysia. Verification will take approximately 7–10 working days after the referral submission deadline. Referrals submitted after 6 March 2026 at 11:59 PM will not be eligible for verification or rewards.
6. Referral Reward
- For each successful referral, the referrer will receive one (1) RM188 digital store voucher ("Referral Reward").
- There is no limit to the number of successful referrals a referrer may earn, provided all Campaign requirements are met.
7. Referral Voucher Terms & Conditions
7.1 Issuance
Referral vouchers will be issued digitally within 7–10 working days after successful verification.
7.2 Validity
Referral vouchers are valid until 30 June 2026, unless otherwise stated.
7.3 Usage
- Redeemable for Thermomix® accessories and merchandise only.
- Not valid for redemption on Thermomix® machines.
- Non-transferable, non-resalable, and not exchangeable for cash or credit.
- Must be redeemed in a single transaction; unused value will be forfeited.
- Cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise specified.
7.4 Voucher Revocation
Thermomix® Malaysia reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or cancel any issued Referral Reward if the referred TM7 order is cancelled, refunded, or deemed invalid.
8. Fraud, Abuse & Disqualification
Thermomix® Malaysia reserves the right to disqualify any participant and reject any referral submission that is incomplete, duplicated, misleading, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
9. Personal Data & Privacy
Personal data collected in connection with this Campaign will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and Thermomix® Malaysia’s Privacy Policy.
By submitting the referral form, referrers consent to receiving marketing communications from Thermomix® Malaysia and may opt out at any time in accordance with applicable laws.
10. General Conditions
- The Campaign is valid in Malaysia only.
- Rewards are subject to availability.
- Thermomix® Malaysia reserves the right to verify all referrals and purchases.
- Thermomix® Malaysia reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of Thermomix® Malaysia shall be final and binding.
